Manual removal

To manually remove a Visual Studio 11 Beta product, we recommend that you first uninstall the main product or products, such as Microsoft Visual Studio 11 Ultimate Beta. Then, uninstall any other supporting products that may be installed.
Note The order in which you uninstall products is important.
User-generated assets such as project files and custom settings are not removed or affected when you uninstall Visual Studio. To uninstall Visual Studio, follow these steps:

  1. In Control Panel, open the Programs and Features item (formerly known as Add or Remove Programs, or 'ARP'). Or, follow these steps to open this item:
